Host your next club meeting, office retreat, bridal or baby shower, child or adult birthday party, almost any celebration you can imagine--at our Meeting & Event Center.
ACE Meeting & Event Center provides the ideal venue for your events up to approximately 80 people. Consider us for your monthly business or association meetings, recognition ceremonies and annual holiday celebrations.
We have two meeting rooms available for your use--one will accommodate approximately 30 people the other will accommodate approximately 50 people (depending on the configuration) and the rooms can be combined.

If you need planning, decorating, and/or coordinating services please contact us 919.800.0172. We will make every moment of your special occasion memorable and beautiful. Design Services are optional and additional fees will apply.

HOURS OF AVAILABILITY

Weekdays: 9:00 am - 9;0 pm

Saturday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

Sunday: Closed

ROOM RENTAL GUIDELINES:

Room A

$65 per hour (minimum 2-hour block)

This room seats approximately 50 people comfortably in banquet style set-up. Tables and chairs are available.

Room B

$50 per hour (minimum 2-hour block)

This room seats approximately 30 people comfortably in banquest style set-up. Tables and chairs are available.

PAYMENT POLICY

There is a $25 non-refundable deposit required at time of reservation. The balance is due no later than forteen (14) business days prior to the event.
